Key Features & Best Practices:

1. Syncing Across Devices:

  • Install the OneDrive desktop app to automatically sync your files between the cloud and your device.
  • Utilize the "Files On-Demand" feature to access all your files without taking up local storage space.
  • Remember to log in to the OneDrive app on all devices to ensure continuous synchronization.

2. File Sharing & Collaboration:
