Overview:
The Support Portal is a quick and convenient way to access all support related services. There are also Knowledgebase (KB) articles to help you resolve IT issues quickly without having to wait for the IT support team. 

Objective:
 You will learn how to navigate the support.camincargo.com website. 

Steps:

  1. This is the search bar. Type here to look for articles related to your problem. For example, type "Password Reset" to find articles related to password resets.
  2. Click this icon to access the Support Desk. You will need to log into the Support Desk to submit a support ticket. 
  3. Click this icon to access the Camin Cargo Control Intranet. You will need to log in to access the Intranet. 
  4. The other icons relate to support article categories. Clicking one will take you to the Knowledgebase (KB) articles related to that category. 
  5. This will show you the current status of IT Systems. When there is a known issue or maintenance underway, the color of the bar will change. Clicking here will open a new tab that will show you the detailed status of services. 
  6. This opens a side menu for navigating the website. This side menu opens automatically when clicking on a KB article. Look for the Home link to return to the main page. 


 Precautions:
 Always make sure you are accessing the correct website. A simple misspelling or reversal of letters can bring up a site that looks like the one you are trying to access but is a malicious website.
